Some time in the last 20 years, I developed a form of hay fever, which caused my nose closed until about 7:00 and ended after about 12 hours each day. It took me especially at home where I live, but I'm better or worse depending on where I lived. I absolutely hated it at first, I was with nasal inhalers, which alleviated the problem, but concludes by raising blood pressure, and the work stopped after a while, 'because I have a tolerance that had developed. Saline nasal sprayThat seems to be no effect on blood pressure, not on my clogging at all workplaces. I started to panic, and sometimes I go to bed worrying that I would stop breathing and die! I had no other symptoms, I really do not seem interested in the outdoors and the allergy specialist and nose, I went to see told me that I had some form of hay fever.
The worst thing is, as I have grown up, it is handed from one form of allergy to one year for seasonal allergies. The only product that worked for me nowbut I had to stop, Claritin D, as has been regularly affected my blood pressure. I was with Claritin D, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, it was good, but like I said before, I had to because of what they do to stop my blood pressure. Regular Claritin had no effect on my stench remains unchanged. Through the various doctors and trial and error, you see, I have developed a method to my problem of clogging controls most of the time. What follows is what IYou should save it as a rough guide to use when dealing with the problem of hay fever stuffy and discuss with your doctor, if applicable. This is the method that I developed after years of control of my enclosed hay fever. Please noteis not something for me to work for you.
1. Location, location, location. This is an excellent chance that when you live a longer trigger hay fever. You can live 4 blocks away and hay fever could significantly reduce or increase. If you look at your residence to another place, I would somehow try to stay a few days in this position if you can see, and if there is a noticeable effect. I would also talk to other people in this situation and see whether it is more or less pollenand trees in this area.
2. Prescription drugs. I use Flonase in the evening and my breathing was night and day better. Somehow all the requirements for nasal tried over the years, Flonase was the most effective way to alleviate the problems, my nose. 3. Air conditioning. I have my air conditioning on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year, no matter how cold it is outside, as I have to circulate a steady stream of air. If the air does not circulate or is stale, I feel terrible. For whatever reason, the cold temperature in my house that I breathe better. I do not set the air conditioner to the automatic, I repeat set the automatic climate controland put it in a certain temperature, which I have adapted a rule, morning and afternoon to evening. In one place, I lived, I was comfortable at a certain temperature of 68 degrees. Elsewhere, I have done it 59 degrees and 62 degrees at night mid-afternoon/early the morning. The main thing is to keep down the air conditioning to keep the temperature where the current temperature is not working for you, no matter how deep the set for. I found when I set to 59 degrees, my body reallycold and not have the opportunity, I would sleep with my robe on over my pajamas. 4. Air purifiers. I use both Hoover Silent Air Ionizing Air Purifier, my whole house and Honeywell Quiet HEPA filter, depending on space and what's inside. I usually use the silent air in smaller spaces and quiet HEPA air purifier in the larger rooms and turn them if necessary.
5. Hepa vacuum cleaner. I use a Hoover vacuum cleaner without a bag. Please note, you will notice, especially in the bedroom, when you vacuum the day that the air might not be so good that night, but must be adjusted the next day. Ifhappens, you can try to sleep in a room that is not empty, that day as a second bedroom or living room sofa or sofa bed.
6. Beds. I do not use feather pillows or two beds with springs and the use of allergens from bed (sheets, blankets, etc.).
7. Food. I try not to eat anything after 7:00 Clock because it increases it the best occlusion. I'm not trying to drink soda after 7:00.
8. I slept on the left side is longer then my nose openSleep on the right side.
9. If they find me and I feel terrific, I have for a few minutes, seems to help my breathing.
